Right for you?

If you and your spouse can meet together with a neutral mediator and feel you can negotiate about finances and parenting responsibilities, mediation may be right for you. During separation or divorce communication can break down quickly, the mediator is there to help guide you through the process and support a solution-focused discussion and promote a resolution.

Mediation can work with married, never married, and same-sex couples.  Families with children and families with no children.

Mediation works best when both participants are able to fully express their needs and interests and are capable of following through on agreements. If there are any concerns regarding domestic violence, child abuse, or mental illness mediation may not be the best choice for conflict resolution.

If you have questions or concerns about mediation please call me.  I am happy to chat about how the process works and if it may be a a good fit for you.
